索诺玛宝冲剂的药理研究

PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDIES OF THE SUONUO MABAO CHONGJI

索诺玛宝冲剂（简称ＳＭＣ）用２．１６，４．３２ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｐｏ给小鼠连续３天，有抗窒息缺氧作用；用２．１６ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｐｏ给小鼠连续４天，有抗减压缺氧作用；用１．１４、２．１６ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｐｏ给小鼠连续３天，对结扎小鼠两侧颈动脉引起的脑缺血，缺氧均有保护作用；用２．１６ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｉｐ给小鼠，能延长异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌耗氧量增加所致小鼠死亡的存活时间；用２．１６ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｐｏ给小鼠，连续３天，有抗游泳疲劳作用。急性毒性试验表明：给小鼠ＳＭＣｐｏ，共测２次，ＬＤ５０及可信限分别为２０．７６±２．６７；２２．４４±２．７４ｇ／ｋｇ。

A dose of 2.16g/(kg·d)or 4.32g/(kg·d)of Suonuo Mabao Chongji(SMC)given po in succession for 3 days caused markedly hypoxic tolerance in mice while the dose of 2.1 6g/(kg·d)given in the same way for 4 days produced acute hypobaric hypoxic tolerance,SMC of 2.16g /(kg·d)by po route showed prolonged survival interval of mice caused by giving isopronaline which increases the cardio-oxygen consumption. SMC of 2.16g/(kg·d)po for 3 days showed antifatigue effect of swimming mice,SMC of 1.44g/(kg·d)or 2.16g/(kg·d)given by ip route for 3 days produced protective effect on the ischemia and anoxia in mice brain induced by bilateral ligation of carotid arteries.In the acute toxic test,the LD50.formice was 20.76±2.67,2.±2.74g/kg(by po route).
