摘要
选择有机破坏法，制成硫氰酸铁络合物后，用可见分光光度法测定复方维微乐制剂含量。标准曲线线性关系良好（ｒ＝０．９９９９），回收率为９５．８％±０．８３，设备简单、灵敏、简便、实用性强，可推广。
A UV spectrphotometric method to detevmine the ferrous fumarate in Weiweile,a medicament,was estalished which the complex compound of ferric thiocyanate was prepared after selected organic deconposition and, then measured at 483±2nm.The standard curve is linaer(r=0.9999),recover ratio 95.8%±0.83,This method needs no special equipment,furthermore.it is sensitive,simple,convenient and practical.
