Graves’患者TSH抗独特型抗体检测及其意义

摘要 根据自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病机制,新的独特型-抗独特型免疫网络学说,用兔抗人TSHAb检测TSHAb_2。以正常人为对照,其结合率x+2s为正常上限,大于此值为阳性。100例TRAb阳性组有52%患者TSHAb_2阳性,50例TRAb阴性组有4%患者TSHAb2_阳性,两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。TRAb和TSHAb_2正相关(r=0.582,P<0.05)。同时用制备的TSH抗体吸附TRAb阳性血清后再测TRAb吸附前后有明显差异(P<0.05)。TSHAb_2的检出为探讨Graves’发病机制提供了一条新思路。 According to idiotypic anti-idiotypic immune network theory the new hypothesis of mechanism of autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) had been stated. We determined the TSH anti-idiotypic antibody (TSHAb_2) in 100 patients with Graves' disease by using  ̄( 125)I-hTSHAb and  ̄(125)I-13B4 (monoclonal antibody of TSH ). In TRAb positive group, there is 52% positive rate. In TRAb negative group there is 4% positive rate. The two groups have obvious difference (P<0.05).In TRAb positive group, there ispositive related significance between TSHAb_2 and TRAb (r=0.582, P< 0.05).The determination of TSHAb_2 provides a new way to research the mechanism of Graves' disease.
