介绍了小麦全自动智能着水机控制系统的设计原理。该系统以单片机AT89C51为控制中心,通过编程软件,采用模糊控制理论对PID参数进行在线调整,调节控制水流量的气动阀的输入电压,使小麦达到最佳入磨水分。
This article introduces the design principle of automatic intelligent wheat darmpener. It employs a control center of microcontroller AT89C51 and applies fuzzy control to adjusting PID parameters through software. So it can adjust the input voltage of the pneumatic valve to control water flux in order to ensure that the wheat shall have the best moisture amount before grinding.
