山东省实施结核病控制项目效果的评价

ANALYSIS FOR THE EFFECT OF TB CONTROL PROJECT IMPLEMENTING IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

目的:评价山东省实施结核病控制工作的成效。方法:通过对疫情统计资料进行分析,了解“卫V项目”实施前后病人登记治疗情况的改变,分析其原因。结果:涂阳病人登记率大幅上升的同时,涂阴病人登记率明显下降,登记病人的治疗管理情况明显好转。结论:世行贷款项目带来新的“DOTS”管理策略,对结核病的控制明显提高。

Objective： To analyze the effects of TB control work in Shangdong.Methods： The statistics date of epidemic situation were analyzed, the changes were compared and the cause were studied.Results： While the rate of detected smear positive case increased, the rate of detected smear negative case were decreased, the cure rate of finding detected cases were improved. Conclusion： The implementation of the World Bank lend DOTS strategy to us and the effect to TB control were quite effective.
