摘要
目的:了解本地区人肠埃希氏菌分离株中超广谱β-内酰胺酶的阳性率,并分析产酶株对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐约特点,为院内感染的预防与控制、治疗和流行病研究提供依据。方法:采用双纸片协同法检测所有菌株的ESBLs,并用Kirby—Bauer法检测了413株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的人肠埃希氏凶对16种β-内酰胺类抗生素耐约性,并对其标本米源和病区分布进行了分析。结果:ESBLs总检山率为45.0%,其中ESBLs检山率较高的科室为脑外科(100.0%)、肝胆外科(67.8%)呼吸科(65.0%)。所有人肠埃希氏菌分离株均对亚胺培南羽I关洛培南敏感。产ESBLs株对其它14种β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药率均显著高于非产酶株。结论深圳地区ESBLs检山率高,其中脑外科ESBLs检山率高达100.0%,产ESBLs株对抗生素的耐约率普遍高于非ESBLs株。
Objective: To find out the ESBLs positive rate of isolated strains flow E.coli in Shenzhen area and analyse the resistance feature of ESBLs-producing bacteria to BLs species antibiotic, and to afford the basis for prevention and control, caring and epidemiology study.Methods: Double disk diffusion test was adopted to test ESBLs all of the strain's . And King· Bauer' s was used to test the resistance of 413 strains E.coli producing ESBLs to 16 BLs species antibiotics.Then these samples source and wards distribution were analysed.Results: The detection rate of ESBLs-producing bacteria was 45% .The bacteria which produced ESBLs were highly isolated from brain surgery (100%), liver gall surgery (67.8%) and respiration ward (65.0%) .All of the isolated Strains of E.coli were sensitive to lmipenem and Meropenem.The resistance rate of strains producing ESBLs were higher than that of the strains non-producing ESBLs to offer 14 BLs species antibiotic significantly.Conclusion: ESBLs positive rate is highly in Shenzhen area. It's 100% in brain surgery, the resistance rate of the strains producing ESBLs to antibiotic is higher than that of the strains of non - producing ESBLs commonly.
