鼻腔神经血管切断术治疗变应性鼻炎

Treatment effect of allergic rhinitis by nasal sub-mucosal neurotomy and blood vessels ligation under nasal endoscope

目的探讨鼻腔神经血管切断术治疗变应性鼻炎(allergi crhinitis,AR)的疗效。方法在鼻内镜下,行蝶腭神经及其分支和筛前神经黏膜下切断术以及下鼻甲黏膜下血管切断术,治疗变应性鼻炎65例,术后随访2年。结果术后6月有效率95.38%,术后1年有效率90.77%,术后2年有效率86.15%。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔神经血管切断术治疗AR,治疗部位准确、疗效显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective management of allergic rhinitis. METHODS Sixty five cases with allergic rhinitis were treated by sphenopalatine nearotomy, submucosal anterior ethmoid nearotomy, and submucosal blood vessels ligation of inferior turbinate. All the patients were followed up for 2 years. RESULTS The effective rates were 95.38 %, 90.77 % and 86.15 % at 6 month, 1 and 2 year after operation respectively. CONCLUSION The technique is a effective method to treat allergic rhinitis.
