It becomes a trend to change the planning and design for modern residential quarter from traditional quarter to community, from ＂human centered＂ to ＂harmonious development between human and nature＂, and from purely materialized planning to diversified and sustainable community planning which gathers economy, society and ecoenvironment into a whole.
