摘要
针对国内斯特林制冷机可靠性处于浴盆曲线前端的现状,提出当前斯特林制冷机工程化解决加工、装配误差等引起早期失效的问题。为了指导微型斯特林制冷机工程化研究,对斯特林制冷机的模型进行了比较,得出采用系统动力学方法建立的制冷机模型适合进行工程化研究。在系统动力学观点指导下建立了整体式斯特林制冷机模型,并对该模型的各个环节进行了动力学元件量化的工作,以最新研究成果为例,给出了量化的方法。
As the Stirling cryocoolers' reliability is at foreside of bathtub curve, the earlier failure problem of refrigerator, which results from manufacture and assembly process, should be solved. For the purpose of industrialization study, several Stirling models have been compared. It is shown that the best study model should be system dynamics approach. Guided by the system dynamics standpoint, the integral type Stirling machine model was built up and the quantity work of the dynamics component was carried on. At last the latest research result is combined and the quantity method is given.
