自身启动子调控下小麦Anti-gbssⅠ基因表达载体的构建及转基因植株的培养

Construction of Wheat Anti_gbssⅠExpression Vector with Its Promoter and Cultivation of Transgenic Plants(Triticum aestivum L.)

摘要 利用反义技术,构建了含有gbssⅠ启动子和自身反义基因序列的表达载体pRgbss,通过基因枪法在小麦中转化和PCR检测,共得到阳性转基因植株3株. The pRgbss expression vector containing gbss Ⅰ promoter and its antisense gene sequence was constructed using Antisense technique, and transformed into wheat scutella with particle bombardment technique. Three independent transgenic plants were obtained and assayed using PCR for further researchs on wheat starch quality improvement.
