摘要
以SOD,CAT,GSH_PX和MDA为指标,研究了SOD苹果对D_半乳糖所致衰老小鼠体内活性氧防御能力的影响.结果表明,饲喂SOD苹果可显著提高小鼠血清和心、肝组织的SOD,CAT和GSH_PX活性,抑制脂质过氧化作用,降低MDA含量.结果显示,SOD苹果可增强小鼠体内的抗氧化活性,因此有利于延迟其衰老进程.
Influence of SOD-enriched apple on defensive enzymes against active oxygen and lipid peroxidation of mice treated with D-galactose was studied by measuring activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA). The results showed that feeding mice with SOD-enriched apple resulted in significant increases in activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX in serum, heart and liver tissue. Therefore, the content of MDA was markedly decreased compared with the control. It is suggested that supplementation of SOD-enriched apple in the feedstuff may enhance the ability of mice to scavenge the active oxygen and consequently, retard their aging process.
