番茄褐斑病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性研究 被引量:13

摘要 对河南新乡市牧野菜区保护地发生的番茄褐斑病进行了病原菌的分离、鉴定及致病性测定.结果表明,该病的病原为长蠕孢菌(Helminthosporium carposaprum),菌丝生长的最适宜培养基为PSA培养基,最适温度范围为20~25 ℃, 最适pH值7~9,光照对该菌的生长几乎没有影响;产孢量在25 ℃,pH值7,查彼培养基上达到最大;分生孢子萌发的最适温度为20~25 ℃,最适pH值为9,相对湿度86%~100%,致死温度为55 ℃. The pathogen of tomato target leaf spot occurred in Muye vegetable fields in Xinxiang was separated and identified. The results show that its pathogen is Helminthosporium carposaprum. Its biological characteristics were as follows : the optimum medium for the growth of pathogen was PSA, the optimum temperature was 20 ~25 ℃, the optimum pH value was 7~ 9. The optimum temperature for sporulation was 25 ℃, the optimum pH value was 7. The optimum temperature for the germination of spore was 20 ~ 25℃, and the optimum pH value was 9. RH of spore germination was 86% ~100% .The lethal temperature of spore was 55 ℃.
