摘要
测定了硝酸钾、硝酸铵和硝酸钠在甲醇-水、氨-水二元混合溶剂体系的相平衡数据,查明了甲醇和氨对三种硝酸盐溶解度的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着甲醇浓度的增加,硝酸钾、硝酸铵和硝酸钠的溶解度均随之降低,其中硝酸钾的溶解度变化更为明显;随着氨浓度的上升,硝酸钾和硝酸钠的溶解度随之减少,而硝酸铵的溶解度却显著增加。氨对硝酸钾的选择分离结晶效果较好。
The equilibrium data of potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and sodium nitrate in the binary mixed - solvent of methanol - water and ammonia - water were determined, and the laws of influences of methanol and ammonia on the solubility of those nitrates have been found out. The experimental results showed that the solubility of potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and sodium nitrate decreased with the increasing of the methanol concentrations, especially the change of potassium nitrate solubility was more obvious ; with the rising of the concentrations of ammonia ,the solubility of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate fell down gradually, by contraries the solubility of ammonium nitrate went up. And ammonia had effective selectivity for the separation of potassium nitrate.
