摘要
针对传统生产模式存在的弊端,结合目前国内外逆向供应链研究的现状,提出了一种集成制造与再制造模式的逆向供应链生产运作模型。研究了再制造的存在条件,分析了组件恢复比率和回收产品平均滞后期对产品最大收益的影响,解决了制造与再制造共存环境下生产计划的制定问题,并通过数值算例验证了模型的可行性和有效性。最后对企业生产提出了具有现实指导意义的建议,展望了逆向供应链生产运作未来的研究方向。
Aiming at the shortages of conventional production,an operation model of reverse supply chain where both manufacturing and remanufacturing existed was proposed by considering the current researches. The existence conditions for remanufacturing were evaluated. The influences of the mean value of the return lag time and the component recovery rate on the maximum profit were analyzed, based on which the production plan can be made. A numerical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and effectiveness. At last, some practical guidelines as well as the future researches are given.
