摘要
从提高驱动效率、改善输出性能的角度出发,研制了一台新结构形式的圆柱形多自由度超声电机,对电机定子的工作模态和电机的输出性能进行了测试。电机定子的模态实验表明,无论是工作频率的一致性、驱动端的振幅,还是压电陶瓷元件与工作振型的相互位置关系,均较好地满足了设计要求。电机输出性能的测试结果表明,电机的输出转速和输出转矩得到显著提高,电机的性能体积比超过国外同类型、同规格的电机。
A new cylinder type ultrasonic motor with multi-degree of freedom was developed based on increasing its driving efficiency and improving its output characteristics. The operation modes of the stator and the output performances of the motor were tested. The mode experiments of the stator indicate that consistency of the modal frequencies, the vibration amplitude of the stator on driving side and the relative position between the piezoelectric ceramics and the mode shapes satisfy to design requirements of the stator. The output performance experiments of the motor indicate that the motor output properties are improved greatly and best in China, and the performance-volume ratio of the motor exceeds foreign motors with the same structural type.
