摘要
欧洲各国大学科研评价尽管方法多样,但也存在许多共同的特点和趋势。研究欧洲各国大学科研评价对健全与完善我国大学科研评价机制具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
The approaches of scientific research evaluation in European countries are various, but there are lots of features and tendencies in common. A research on the university scientific research evaluation in European countries is of significance for our country to improve the system of university scientific research evaluation.
