A Study on Transaction Cost of Supply Chain Based on Signal Game

交易成本是企业组织模式变动的原因,是供应链成本管理的重要方面。首先从交易成本经济学的角度分析了供应链交易成本产生的原因及其决定因素和影响因素;然后,通过信号博弈的方法研究了信息不确定的市场中供应链企业间的交易活动,确定了不同市场均衡下供应链企业间的交易成本;最后,通过对不同均衡下供应链交易成本的分析,论述了降低交易成本的方法和途径,为供应链管理提供理论指导。

Transaction cost, which is the critical part of the supply chain cost management, is the reason of the enterprise＇s change. This paper analyses the reasons that causes the transaction cost of supply chain and the facts that influence and decide the transaction cost from the transaction cost economics. And then the transaction actions are studied between the enterprises in the incomplete information market with the methods of signal game, which will determine the transaction cost of supply chain in various markets. Finally, it analyses the transaction cost and proposes the methods to decrease the transaction cost, which will provide the theories guidance to the supply chain management.
