摘要
本文对催化剂挤条机孔板的基本结构进行功能分析,用回归分析的方法建立数学模型,采用该模型的孔板能够保证催化剂的尺寸精度、增加强度、提高表面光滑度,并经实践证明是有效的。
This paper analysed the functions of the basic structure of perforated plate for catalyst extruding maehine. The perforated plate that used this model ensures dimension aeeuraey of eatalyst, improves strength and makes it more smoothly. The relational math model was established by using regress analyses. The model was proved to be right by experiments.
