摘要
本文分析了硫酸软骨素测定水解和最终反应的时间条件,结果表明沸水浴中水解30 min,后在50～70℃保温30min,样品测定结果与部颁标准分析法相近.全程测定时间为1.5h,比原方法缩短一半以上,方法简便快捷.
This article analyzed the timing condition of hydrolysis and ultimate reaction of chondroitin sulfate. The results showed that the sample test result was very close to the standard analysis when the chondroitin sulfate was hydrolyzed in boiling water for 30min, and kept warm in 50 - 60℃ water for 30min. The test was quick and simple. The whole process only took 1.5 hours, which was half of time of the traditional method.
