摘要 试验系统可靠性是以系统各元器件的可靠性来保证的,所以对于系统、设备所构成的某个部件(器件)从理论上进行可靠性分析、讨论,并加以认识和重视是具有重要意义的。文中针对某型号发动机试车台控制系统使用的继电器进行了可靠性论述与分析,主要从故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMEA)、故障树分析(FTA)等方面进行失效分析,并提出了相应对策与措施。 It is important to analyze and discuss the reliability of all the equipment parts, for the reliability of the test system is realized through the component reliability of the system. The reliability of relays used in the control system of test-stand is discussed and analyzed in the paper. The failure analysis is carried out from the following aspects as the analysis of failure mode, influence, damage and fault tree. Countermeasures for failures are presented in the paper.
