摘要
劫持人质是校园恐怖活动的主要表现形式。分级负责、快速反应、生命至上和心理帮助是教育管理者应对危机情境的基本模式和策略。教育管理者有必要将危机管理作为学校发展战略的重要组成部分,分阶段地构筑起新型的校园危机管理体制。
Hostage-hijacking is the main form of terrorism in schools. Graded responsibility, quick response, life first and psychological help are the basic model and measures for educational administrator to deal with urgent situations. Educational administrator should take emergency-handling as an important component of the development strategy of a school and construct the new type of management mechanism step by step.
