公安高等教育人才培养模式改革探索

A probe on the Reform of Talent Cultivating Model in Police Higher Education

公安高等教育,是为各级公安机关输送合格人才的主渠道。跨进21世纪,公安工作对公安高等教育人才培养提出新的更高要求。改革人才培养模式,造就大批符合“政治坚定、业务精通、作风优良、执法公正”总要求的公安高级专门人才,是公安高等教育服务公安工作、体现存在价值进而谋求发展的关键。当前公安高等教育在人才培养模式上还存在诸多问题,应予以改革。

Police higher education is the main source to cultivate qualified talents for all levels of public security organs. In the 21st century, police affairs put forward a higher requirement for the police higher education to cultivate qualified talents. At present, there exist certain problems in cultivating model for police higher education. Reforming the cultivating model and training large quantities of qualified police professionals is the key of development for police higher education.
