警察院校学生体育兴趣的激发与培养

Stimulation and Cultivation of Students' Interest in P.E.in Police Colleges

学生的体育兴趣是学生学习体育的内在动力,也是学生个体能力发展的起点与依据。因此,研究如何激发和培养警察学生体育兴趣就成为学校体育教学研究的一项重要课题。应从创建和谐的平等的师生关系,利用灵活多变的教学方法和手段,风趣精彩的教学语言,创设情知交融的学习情境,课内外结合、游戏与竞赛相结合,利用师德、师能的影响等七方面激发警察院校学生的体育兴趣。

Students＇ interest is the best motivation to study P.E. and also the base to improve students＇ individual ability. Therefore, how to stimulate and cultivate police students＇ interest in P.E. has become an important subject that needs to be studied by P.E. teachers. We should motivate the students from the following seven aspects： establish a harmonious and equal relationship between teachers and students, adapt flexible teaching methods, use humorous language, create real studying situations, combine in-class teaching with out-class activities, put games and competition together and make full use of teachers＇ moral character and personal ability.
