PC机与PLC构成的万能试验机测试控制系统可用于多种纺织材料的性能测试,具有很高的控制精度,具备试验类型选择、试验各种必要参数设定、负荷伸长曲线试验结果绘制打印等实用功能;操作简便、人机界面友好,利用数据库的数据保存而使数据存储变得简单有效。
The test and control system for electronic strength tester based on PC and PLC can be used for testing textile materialg capability, having a high precision of control,providing the choice selection of test types, setting of test parameters, plotting and printing of test curve results. The operation is easy and the human - machine conversation interface （ HMI ） is convenience friendly. And the data saving storage also becomes simpler and more effective due to the utilization of database technique.
