踏板车发动机吊架装置的设计

摘要 通过在摩托车整车性能测试系统上跑车,对HN125T-2摩托车发动机与车架刚性连接进行振动信号测试,分析发动机振动对车辆动态性能的影响,提出发动机与车架弹性连接的方案,设计合理的结构装置,并用相同实验方法和数据处理方法进行振动信号测试验证,最大限度地减小了发动机振动对车辆动态性能的影响。 Based on the performance test conducted on a running motorcycle,a vibration signal test concerning the regid joint of the engine with the frame is made on HN125T-2 motorcycle,through which the influence of engine vibration upon the dynamic behavior is analysed,the plan of the flexible joint of the engine with the frame is proposed,a rightly structural equipment is designed and the vibration signal test certification is carded out which is based on the similar test method and the data processing method,so that the influence of engine vibration upon the motorcycle dynamic behavior has been greatly reduced.
