黄芪建中汤对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜病理形态影响的研究

A Study on Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Influence on Gastric Mucosal Pathologic of Rats With Chronic Atrophic Gastric with Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察黄芪建中汤对大鼠脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用,为临床应用提供实验依据.方法:将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、造模组、维酶素治疗组和黄芪建中汤治疗组,采用复合法复制大鼠脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,用黄芪建中汤治疗21 d,运用组织芯片技术比较各组大鼠胃粘膜的微观结构.结果:CAG组大鼠胃粘膜验证积分显著升高,而胃粘膜厚度和腺管总长度显著降低(P<0.01),经黄芪建中汤治疗21 d后,大鼠上述指标的改变与CAG组和V组比较已取得显著的改善(P<0.05～P<0.01).结论:黄芪建中汤对CAG大鼠胃粘膜病理形态学改变具有明显的复健作用,其疗效明显优于维酶素组.

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastric （CAG） with spleen Deficiency of Rats, and offer the experimental foundation for clinical applying , Methods： 24 Rats were randornly devided into 4 groups： blank group, model group, control group with Vitacoenzyme, treatment group with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction. Compound methods were taken to copy the chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency of rats model, and treat with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction for 21 d, Compared the microstructure of gastric mucosal of each group with tissue chip technology, Resuhs： Gastric Mucosal verifying integration remarkably rised and the thickness of gastric mucosal, the length of glandular duct remarkably lowed （ P 〈 0.01 ） in CAG group, after treatment for 21 d, the changes of features given above improved remarkably （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction was remarkably effective in recovering the changes of gastric mucosal pathologic picture of rats with CAG and was better than Vitacoenzyme.
