摘要
目的:观察芩连抗病毒胶囊的抑菌作用.方法:以试管法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC);利用腹腔注射肺炎双球菌和乙型链球菌方法造成小鼠细菌感染模型,以动物的半数保护量评价芩连抗病毒胶囊的抗菌效果.结果:芩连抗病毒胶囊对肺炎双球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、克雷伯杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为3.90 mg/ml、1.95 mg/ml、7.81 mg/ml、3.90 mg/ml、15.62 mg/ml、125 mg/ml;芩连抗病毒胶囊能明显地延长感染小鼠的生存时间,提高小鼠的生存率,半数保护量分别为生药15.84 g/kg,95%的可信区间为生药11.90~31.20 g/kg和生药16.56 g/kg,95%的可信区间为生药13.11~26.82 g/kg.结论:芩连抗病毒胶囊具有抑菌作用.
Objective: To observe on bacteriostasis of Qinlian antivival capsules. Methods: To measure the MIC with test tube methods, the bacterial infection mouse model was made by injecting pneumococci and beta hemolytic streptococci, and evaluated the bacteriostasis of Qinlian antivival capsules by ED50. Results: Qinlian antivival capsules could inhibit the growth of pneumococci, a-hemdytic streptococcil, beta hemolytic streptococci, staphy lococcus aureus, bacillus colt, klebsiella pneumoniae in different extent. The MIC in each was 3.90 mg/ml, 1.95 mg/ml, 7.81 mg/ml, 3.90 mg/ml, 15.62 mg/ml, 125 mg/ml. Qinlian antivival capcules, could prolong the living time of infected mice, and improve the living rate, ED50 in each was 15.849 g/kg, 16.59 g/kg of crude drug. Confidence interval in each was 11.9-31.20 g/kg, 13.11-26.82 g/kg of crude drug. Conclusion: Qinlian antivival capsules had the effect of bacteriostasis.
