摘要
目的:对蝌蚪进行化学成分的研究。方法:应用柱层析的方法对蝌蚪干粉中的化学成分进行分离,用仪器分析确定其结构。结果:从蝌蚪中分离出19种化合物。结论:分离出主要成分是β-谷甾醇。
Objective： to study chemical composition of tadpole. Methods- .separated chemical composition of tadpole by column chromatography and determined structure by instrument analysis. Results： 19 chemical compositions were separated from tadpole. Conclusion： the most important component separated was β-sitosterol.
