A dual single chip computer based detecting system for multi - channel capillary electrophoresis （CE） chips is introduced in this paper. The network connection between single chip computer and best computer through network module chip RTL8019AS and Ethemet is described. The implementing method of TCP/IP network module in dual single chip computer based data acquisition system is presented. The networking of instruments and its significance are discussed.
