“城中村”现象是我国城市化进程中出现的新现象和新问题,“城中村”改造是否成功关系到我国城市化、现代化能否顺利进行、关系到整个社会的稳定与和谐。本文论述了“城中村”的特殊性质,阐述了目前“城中村”改造面临的主要问题,着重讨论了“城中村”的社区建设问题,并提出相应对策。

Village-in-the-city is a new phenomenon and problem during urbanization in our country. Success in the village- in-the-city reform relates to our country＇s urbanization and modernization, and whole society＇s stability and harmony. The thesis discusses the special nature of village-in-the-city, interprets the main problems in the village-in-the-city reform, especially exponds the community construction, and offers some countermeasures to the problems.
