摘要
梅贻琦和赫钦斯在不同社会时代背景下提出通才教育的思想,其实施的途径也不尽相同,但却都反映了高等教育的基本原理和最终目的以及社会对人才培养模式的客观需求,对我国当代高等教育有着积极的借鉴作用。
Mei Yiqi and Hutchins brought forth the thoughts of General Education under different social backgrounds and implemented them in different ways. But they have reflected the basic laws and ultimate purpose of high education, and the social requirements for the training patterns of professionals. We can get inspirations for Chinese contemporary high education from the two great educatiors＇ thoughts.
