Operating managements for the therapy of nephrolith by ultrasound guided percutaneous endoscopy

目的探讨B超引导经皮内窥镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石的疗效及手术护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结41例肾结石病人进行B超引导经皮内窥镜碎石取石术的手术护理经过。结果术后无残余结石21例,残余结石直径小于0.5cm12例,残余结石直径大于0.5cm8例。41例均无严重并发症的发生。结论B超引导经皮内窥镜技术是治疗肾结石安全有效的方法。做好术前器械准备,术中有序的配合及保暖是手术顺利进行的重要措施。

Objective To study the operating managements and efficacy of the treatment for nephrolith by minimal invasive surgery. Methods Forty one patients with nephrolith were treated with ultrasound guided mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureterorenoscopic ballistic lithotripsy. Results Twenty one patients were stone free after treatment. The residual stones were smaller than 0.5cm in diameter in twenty one patients, and bigger than 0.5cm in eight patients. There was no severe complication in all 41 cases. Conclusion The ultrasound guided percutaneous endoscopy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of nephrolith. Nurses＇ knowledge updating, active cooperating, preparation of the instruments before operation and keeping patient＇s temperature stable during operation are the keys for the successful operations.
