母婴同室新生儿听力筛查护理

目的总结母婴同室新生儿听力筛查护理要点。方法采用MADSENAccuscreenPro瞬态诱发性耳声发射筛查仪,对出生后24～72h的360例正常新生儿进行听力筛查。结果出生后24h通过率为64.2%,48h通过率为87.5%,72h通过率为94.2%。结论耳声发射听力筛查是一项适宜新生儿听力功能检测技术,其中选择最佳筛查时间,做好环境及器械准备,采取正确的筛查方法,保持新生儿安静良好的筛查状态等,是减少假阳性发生率,确保听力筛查顺利进行的保证。

Objective To improve the nursing to the hearing serene of the neonatus in the direct rooming-in. Method Hearing screen was carried in 460 normal neonatus in 24-72 hours after birth. MADSEN Accusereen PRO Otoacoustic Emissions was used in the screen. Results 77% of the neonatus 24 hours after birth passed the TEOAE, 88% passed 48 hours after birth, and 95% passed 72 hours after birth. Conclusion Otoacoustic emissions hearing screen is a suitable technique for the hearing screen of the neonatus. It＇s essential to select the best time for screen, make good preparation for the surroundings and the equipments, use the correct screen method and keep the baby calm during the nursing. It＇s very important to reduce the false positive rate of the test.
