红花注射液湿敷合并微波预防化疗后静脉炎的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察红花注射液湿敷合并微波预防化疗后静脉炎的疗效。方法将76例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组36例与治疗组40例,对照组给予常规硫酸镁湿敷,治疗组采用红花注射液合并微波治疗,治疗后2~3d观测两组静脉炎发生情况。结果治疗组静脉炎发生率为17.5%,对照组静脉炎发生率为75.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液合并微波能促进由于化疗后损伤的血管内膜愈合,起到了明显的消炎止痛、软化血管的作用,疗效明显优于传统硫酸镁湿敷疗法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Honghua injection and microwave therapy on patients of vein inflammation after chemotherapy. Methods Seventy-six patients with malignant carcinomas were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received regular management (liusuanmei), and the treatment group were treated with combination of Honghua injection and microwave therapy. Some indexes were measured respectively. Result The rate of vein inflammation in the treatment group is 17.5% (7 cases), which is lower than that of control group (75%, 27 cases, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Honghua injection and microwave therapy in preventing patients from vein inflammation after chemothenapy has significant effect and can be used in clinical therapy.
