摘要
目的探讨目标导向教学法在护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法将2000级中专护理专业学生作为实验组在5项基础护理技能教学中采取目标导向教学法教学;并以1997级学生作为对照组,对照组在护理技能教学中不采取目标导向教学法教学。比较两组学生5项技能考核成绩和其他技能考核成绩。结果实验组学生,除生命体征测定的操作成绩与对照组学生比较,无统计学意义外,其余4项技能操作成绩和未经强化的技能考核成绩都高于对照组学生。结论目标导向的教学法能激励学生主动学习,提高技能教学效率和质量水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented teaching method in nursing teaching. Methods Goal-oriented teaching method was applied in nursing teaching for Grade 2000 students. Grade 1997 students were used as the control group. The performances of the two groups were compared. Results Except for technical skills in assessing vital signs, the Grade 2000 students performed better than Grade 1007 students in other technical skills, and differences were significant. Conclusion Goal-oriented teaching method can inspire students and help improve teaching efficiency and quality.
