肿瘤科护士压力源分析及对策

目的了解肿瘤科护士压力源,探讨减轻护士压力的应对措施。方法采用自行设计问卷调查54名肿瘤科护士工作压力来源。结果肿瘤科护士主要压力源自于病人多方面表现的刺激、易与病人家属出现矛盾冲突、业务要求多、健康教育实施困难以及待遇不尽人意等。结论肿瘤科护士应树立全心全意为人民服务的思想观念,加强与病人家属的沟通,努力提高业务水平,调整自我心理状态,同时医院管理部门应重视护士的待遇,给护士创造一个良好的工作环境。

Objective To analyze pressure sources in clinical nurses of oncology department, and propose some countermeasures. Method 54 clinical nurses of oncology department were surveyed with questionnaires. Result The pressure sources of the clinical nurse in oncology were mainly from the stimulation by patients, conflict with patients＇ families, heavy work demands, difficulties to carry out the healthy education, and the salary. Conclusion Nurses themselves need to set the thought straight, strengthen the communication with the patients＇ families, try to improve their professional competence, readjust the psychology. The hospital need to strengthen the management and provide a good working condition for nurses.
