摘要
综述了人眼安全激光器及其测距应用的概况。作者认为:用非线性晶体(如KTP等)代替高压喇曼盒频移Nd:YAG技术、用1μm波段LD代替闪光灯泵浦饵玻璃技术也许是得到1.54μm安全激光的更有效途径;宜将成熟的数字信息技术引入近红外LD测距机,发展新的一类人眼安全激光系统。
Eyesafe laser and it's range application are surveyed. Author thinks that perhaps it is better for generating1.54μm laser to shift Nd:YAG laser by non-linear crystal(such as KTP)instead of high'pressure Ramancell and to pump Er glass by 1μm waveband LD instead of flashlamp;it is efficient to develop LD range finder employing digital information process technology.
