脉冲染料激光虹膜切除对人角膜内皮的影响

应用染料激光对３３例３３只闭角型青光眼临床前期患者作虹膜切除术前、后角膜内皮的变化来评价染料激光对角膜内皮的影响，结果发现术后内皮细胞损失率达９２％，与手术虹膜切除术后（内皮细胞损失率１９．１％）比较有明显的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），且染料激光治疗简单、容易，病人不需住院有较多的优越性和社会效益，故染料激光虹膜切除术，仍是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Applying dye laser treatment for 33 eyes of 33 cases with angle-closure glaucoma,and according to preoperative,or postoperative-iritoectomy,the changes of comeal endothelium, the effect of dye laser to comeal endothelium were evaluated.The results show that the loss rate of comeal endothelium cell is 9.2% (P<0.001),while on the peri-iritoectomy in operation the loss rate is 19.1%,Both form a sharp contrast (P<0. 01).Moreover,the dye laser the rapy is simple and easy to operate; the patients need not hospitalization and as well as advantages and social benefit. Therefore the iritoectomy by dye laser is deserved recommendation.
