阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀对高血压病患者血浆内皮素的影响比较

Comparing the effects of Atorvastatin and Simvastatin on endothelin concentration in plasma of patients with hypertension

目的观察比较阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀对高血压病(EH)治疗的影响及对血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法68例高血压病患者分为两组,均常规服降压药。其中A组34例加服阿托伐他汀10mg,每日1次;另34例(B组)加服辛伐他汀20mg,每日1次。服药4周。服药前、后测量血压,测定血浆内皮素浓度。结果A组和B组血压及血浆内皮素浓度均下降明显,两组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀均可做为高血压病的新的辅助用药,可使血浆内皮素浓度降低,有保护内皮细胞功能和更好的降血压作用。

Objective To compare the effects of Atorvastatin and Simvastatin on endothelin concentration in plasma of patients with hypertension. Methods Sixty eight patients with hypertension that routinely took antihypertensive drugs were enrolled and random divided into 2 groups, each group with 34 patients. One group take Atorvastatin 10 mg daily for 4 weeks, while another group take Simvastatin 20 mg daily. Just before taking statins and 4 weeks later, the blood pressure and endothelin in plasma were detected. Results The blood pressure and plasma endothelin of patients in both groups decreased obviously but with no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin and Simvastatin could protect endothelium and be of benefit to anti-hypertension, which might be served as assistant drugs for anti-hypertension.
