氢氧化镍纳米薄片的水热合成及其表征 被引量:4

Preparation and Characterization of Nickel Hydroxide Nano-flakes via Hydrothermal Synthesis

摘要 以硝酸镍和氢氧化钠为原料,不加任何添加剂,在200℃水热条件下合成Ni(0H)2纳米薄片.应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对该纳米薄片进行了表征,结果表明该产物是薄片状的β-Ni(OH)2,薄片宽度为30~40μm,厚度为20~30nm.该纳米薄片具有很大的比表面积,有望在镍系列电池中得到应用. Nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2 ) nano-flakes are successfully synthesized via the reaction between Ni(NO3)2 and NaOH under hydrothermal condition without any additives. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) are employed to characterize the Ni(OH) 2 nano-flakes. The precipitate is characterized as β-Ni(OH) 2 nano-flakes with 30 - 40 μm in width and 20 - 30 nm in thickness. The nano-flakes display high surface area to volume ratio, and the synthesis route for this nanostructures shows promising application in nickel battery cells.
