摘要
通过建立水库长期发电优化调度模型并求解,再通过汛限水位的改变,寻求库容和出力的关系。在出力和时段初水位已知的情况下,将天然来水和库水位建立联系,从而得到水库发电调度的风险率。
To set up reservoir optimizing regulation model to long - time electric power and find its solution, and through the change of flood period water level, to find the relation between reservoir capacity and out put . Under such of output and time - period initial water level being known circumstances, to put up the relation between natural inflow and reservoir water level, and so to reach to the risk rate of reservoir electric power regulation.
