采取一次性充气包装方式,研究气调保鲜的阈值,不同气体环境对大米生理和品质指标变化的影响。
Study the threshold value of rice keeping fresh with modified atmosphere. Takes and inflates the packaging and deal with the way once only, then study the influence of the physiology and quality of the rice under different gas environment.
