摘要
介绍了1套4.5万t/a乙腈法抽提丁二烯装置的技术改造情况。改造主要措施有:使用新型高效的ADV浮阀塔盘,采用节能的精馏塔气相进料技术,合理利用物料余热,采用阻聚新技术。与改造前相比,改造后装置的生产负荷约提高了50%,综合能耗下降了32%,产品收率提高了0.7%;与国内同类装置相比,改造后的装置具有抽余C4中丁二烯含量(不大于6mg/kg)低、省去丁二烯水洗塔、产品丁二烯不含阻聚剂等技术优点。
The technical remoulding of a 45 kt/a butadiene extraction plant were introduced. By using the new type of ADV floating valve trays, the technique of gas phase feed energy saving, the technique of waster heat utilization, the new inhibition method for polymerization, the production loading increased 50% ,overall energy loss decreased 32% ,the yield of product increased 0.1% . The technical advantages of this remouding plant were lower the contents of butadiene in waste C4 , saving the tower for washing butadiene, zero antipolymeri-zer in butadiene product.
