三维适形放射治疗中晚期胰腺癌23例近期疗效观察

Tree-Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Advanced with Pancreatic Cancer in 23 Patients

目的:分析三维适形放射治疗(3-DCRT)中晚期胰腺癌的近期疗效。方法:2002年4月,对23例不能手术的中晚期胰腺癌患者三维适形放疗,采用高剂量低分割的方法。每周3次,3.5 GY^4.5 GY,肿瘤总剂量55 GY^65GY。3个月随访。结果:23例患者均有不同程度的缓解,症状及体征改善明显。CT及MRI复查中,CR 6例,PR 15例,S2例。结论:三维适形放射治疗胰腺癌定位肿瘤准确,重复性好,副反应小,近期疗效较满意,对不能手术的中晚期胰腺癌患者不失为一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the immediate result of 3- dimensional conformal radiotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods between April 2002 and April 2004, 23 pancreatic cancer patients with middle or terminal stage were treated by 33-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with high dose and low fraction,third weekly, 3.5 GY 4.5 GY perfection . Tumor total dose conformal radiation 55 GY～65 GY,Resulis CT or MRI examination revealed 6 patients with CR, 15 patients with PR, and 2 patients with S. Conclusions Three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer has the feature of location precision,no side result, satisfaction with immediate result, 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment was valid method for no-resection pancreatic cancer patient with middle or terminal stage.
