目的:设计适用于颅脑磁共振图像分割的神经网络算法。方法:设计新的评价方案,并采用统计学方法客观分析分割的结果,根据分析结果确定合适的参数。结果与结论:统计学评价方法有助于颅脑MRI分割方法的参数设计。

Objective Designing segmentation of brain MRIs based on neural networks. Methods A new evaluation scheme is proposed. The experimental results,which were analyzed objectively by the statistic method, were used to decide the optimal parameters. Results and Conclusions The statistic method is helpful for deciding parameters of the segmentation.
