摘要
通过Gleeble-1500热模拟机研究了特高温下TC4合金的氧化行为。结果表明1300℃以上的氧化随着氧化温度的升高和保温时间的延长,氧化增重持续增加并远远大于1150℃时的氧化增重;氧化产物中的V_2O_5具有挥发性,在合金的外表层无法形成保护性的Al_2O_3氧化膜,次外层中TiO_2氧化膜和Al_2O_3氧化膜在低于1150℃温度时有一定的抗氧化作用,在300℃以上形成的氧化膜以疏松的TiO_2为主。
The extreme high temperature oxidation behavior of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was researched by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. The results show that the weight gain above 1300℃ increases continually with the increasing of the oxidation temperature and the time of the keep temperature, more rapidly than that at 1150℃ especially. The oxide V2O5 has volatilization ability. A protective Al2O3 scale does not form on the outermost surface of the alloy. The oxide TiO2 and Al2O3 scale in the secondary surface have certain anti-oxidation below 1150℃. And the most oxide is TiO2 above 1300℃.
