我国家族制管理与现代管理模式的关系初探

我国私营企业经历20余年的发展,已越来越感到家族制管理模式的局限性。家族制管理并没有错,也不是落后。基于我国深厚文化的家族模式并不应该采取完全西化的现代股份制模式,实际上我国家族制与现代管理并不相悖,它们之间有许多联结点。我国一些私营企业正在大胆尝试现代管理模式。

With 20 years＇ development, our private enterprises are getting more and more puzzled with their family management. Is the family management wrong？ Is it not in accordance with the modem management？ In fact, our family management, based on Chinese deep traditional culture, should not simply adopt the westernized modem management. What＇ s more, we must seek a better way to merge the good points of these two managements, which is now trying and showing their power in some of our private enterprises.
