The Singapore government has carried out a series of ethics construction measures with Singapore characteristics, for example, they built the common sense of value, carried out the traditional ethical education of Confucianism, strengthened the citizen ethical construction, built stern punishment system, and strengthened the government which is honest and clean in performing their duties, these measures have gained distinctively achievements, and the government also focused the attention of all of the world upon itself. As a result, we should study and use for reference the success but experience of ethical construction of Singapour, launch patriotism education, attach fully importance to the modern value of traditional ethics of Confucianism, take the ＇run our country with ethics＇as the fundamental strategy of administer our country, enhance the ethical construction of leaders in real earnest.
