中美贸易摩擦原因,从美国方面看,中美双方依存度的不对称性,中美之间的贸易逆差,美国国内的政治因素及中国威胁论,诱发美国对中国制造贸易摩擦。中国自身的外贸经营管理体制的不完善,出口产品结构的低下,企业的自我保护意识差等也是引发中美贸易摩擦的重要原因。继续深化经济体制改革,完善中国的原产地制度,完善贸易摩擦的预警机制,针对不同产品采取不同的对策及有效地利用世贸组织的争端解决机制,是中国应对贸易摩擦的可行措施。

Sino-America trade friction is constant. Tracing its causes, from the aspect of the USA, China and the United States have unsymmetrical dependence of degree, the adverse balance, political factom and the theory of “China threats the USA” ,are the reasons that the USA. makes trade friction with China. From the aspect of China, the foreign trade managerial system of China is not perfect, structure of export commodities is unreasonable, bad senses of self-protection of enterprises are reasons which causes Sino-America trade frictions. Deepening the economic system reform, perfecting the system of origin and the early warning mechanism, adopting different measures according to different products and utilizing the dispute mechanism of WTO are feasible courtmeasures.
