跨越发展是一个民族利用世界历史提供的条件和机遇,在生产力和生产关系上产生的根本飞跃。跨越是落后国家赶超先进国家的必然选择。欧洲资本主义的发展具有历史的独特性,它所拥有的先天条件成为落后国家跨越资本主义历史阶段的外部条件。而在落后的中国,“三个代表”重要思想回答了怎样建设好、发展好社会主义,实现历史性跨越的问题。

Spanning development is a basic leap under the productivity and the relations production that a nationality untilizes the conditions and the choice offened by the world history. The leap is only a special phenomenon in a certain national social development of the world history. Investigating on the whole world history, do not exist leap .The leap is an inevitable choice that tha backward catches up with and surpasses the andvanced country. The development of the European capitalism has uniqueness of history, the congenital condition is the only thing that can＇t be imitated. But it can be act as “the tool not conscientious of the history”, become the external condition that the backward country crosses over capitalist historical stage. The important thought of “three represents” has answered the question which about how to build and develop the Socialism, and how to realize the historical leap.
